Reality Check is a unique sexual and relational health education program created specifically for pre-teens, teens, and young adults.

This informative program is designed to promote self-worth and respect for others, and to prevent teenage pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Reality Check:

uses medically accurate information about STIs, unplanned pregnancy and prevention methods, with an emphasis on on the emotional, physical and social benefits of pacing relationships and postponing early sexual activity
provides skills for making and living out responsible choices regarding sexual and emotional health so that students can realize their full potential and achieve their goals
encourages students to talk to their parents or guardians about their sexuality, and to choose uplifting friendships
empowers those who have experienced sexual, physical, and verbal abuse
From classrooms to assemblies, the message is presented through medically accurate information, dynamic oratory and personal stories.
