Hailing from the state of Ohio, Kayley came to Los Angeles, CA, with her family, to pursue her dreams of becoming an actress and singer almost 7 years ago, at the age of 7. She was immediately in the hands of good representation and after some commercial bookings and a short film, or 10, along the way, she landed the enviable role of ‘Cindy Lou Who’, in “THE GRINCH WHO STOLE CHRISTMAS” at the renowned PANTAGES THEATER, in Hollywood, CA. She was only 9! Her mark had been made and her love of performing live in front of an audience, singing and entertaining the crowd was born with a vengeance. Since then, Kayley has been seen in numerous commercials and starred in ABC FAMILY TV’s “The Dog Who Saved Halloween” and “The Dog Who Saved Christmas Vacation”, to name a couple of projects.
Kayley, now 14 years old, has been writing and performing songs, since she was 8 and now, is ready to “take the next step” as she releases her first CD and celebrates this, in June of this year, 2014. Her first vocal performance was at the world famous Whiskey A Go Go with her band. Since then, she has performed at multiple venues in and around Los Angeles. She performs solo, with a band, or as a duet with her music producer Dawn Frinta. Kayley performs regular gigs Sundays at the Gate and Wednesdays at The House of Blues, in Hollywood/Los Angeles.
In addition to having just released her debut EP CD “GONE”, Kayley wrapped filming, on location in Florida and California, on a feature film project, “Martial Arts Kid”, in which she has a major supporting role.
“GONE” is the title of her debut CD, which was released on June 21, 2014.
In most recent news, Kayley has been cast in an upcoming film, “The Peculiar Perils of Penelope Peacock”, with filming scheduled sometime later this year.
