Lilimar Hernandez Ruiz, better known as Lilimar, born on June 2nd, 2000 in Nueva Esparta, Venezuela. She has always been a creative and fun girl. Since a very young age she showed inclination towards the artistic world. She is managed by Susie Mains and represented by Paradigm Agency for Theatrical and CESD Talent Agency for commercials and voiceovers. At the age of 4 she was crowned Queen of Carnival 2004 in her native country. In 2006 she moved to Miami, Florida where she studied Modeling at John Casablancas Career Center, and took Acting and Communication courses. In 2010 she was crowned “Srta Hispanidad” where she represented Venezuela. In 2012 she won the title “Little Miss Sunshine Directors Choice” also the “Miss JR. Teen Miami US Nation 2012. She was also crowned as “Miss JR. Teen Florida US Nation 2013”. Lilimar’s career as a Model, Actress, and Host, came to reality doing films, national and international commercials, multiple music videos, multiple television appearances, TV Pilots, Webisodes, voiceover and dubbing, print and runway works; she has modeled for designers such as Custo Barcelona, Old Navy, Charlotte Russe, Macy’s, BFF Wear Designs, B.O.A.T Attire, The World of Bows and Kirsten Regalado Designs. She’s been the lead role in 3 films, one of them; Pedro Pan, has won 6 Film Festival awards, in which she was nominated as Best Performance in a short film by the John Paul II International Film Festival. In 2012 she auditioned for the Spanish television program “SABADO GIGANTE” where she was chosen as one of the actresses of the segment Humor with the Kids in the Univision Network. Lilimar was chosen by Venevision International to be a part of a Spanish soap opera “Rosario” for both Univision and Venevision. She worked as a radio host in a radial program called PANGEA KIDS. She was one of only 12 children nationally to be selected by Nickelodeon as an actress, and she was given a scholarship to the Groundlings Academy for improv and sketch comedy. In her spare time, she practices swimming and dance, and volunteers at various community events such as “Hear the Runway Foundation Inc” in their mission to increase self-esteem for teens that are deaf & hearing impaired and Alfombrita Roja Inc. and its “National Campaign Combating Bullying and Childhood Obesity” in the FL area. Currently she is in Los Angeles playing the role of Sophie in the newest Nickelodeon show “Bella and the Bulldogs”.
