Jane Getz Started at the age of 3 listening to records and emulating them on the piano, soon to pick up lessons, by the age of 6 was playing Bach and other classical masters. At the age of 12 she went to a local jam session with her mother. The musicians being skeptical still let her play with them and blew them all away with her talent. At the age of 16 she moved to New York and with in the first week started her professional career with Pony Poindexter, a sax musician. Soon after touring with Herbie Mann, Jane played with many famous people including Ringo Starr, John Lennon, the Bee Gees and she received a contract with RCA.

After releasing 2 albums of country rock, Jane moved on to writing and wrote many songs or “helped” other artists re-write their songs. Known around the country for her writing and piano skills, she helps produce new artists coming into their own with the help of good friend Bob Tucker. Together, they started Soul Twang Productions with their lead artist Eddie Cunningham.

20 LB. SLEDGE is a Hard Rock music project in Southern California. Why the name “20 LB Sledge? AlfonZo Rachel came up with the title while doing some demolition work. He was breaking down a wall with a 10 pound sledge. At the time he wasn’t a Christian. He came to the conclusion that the only thing separating him from peace, joy, and prosperity was not knowing G-d. AlfonZo concluded that his ego was like a brick wall separating himself from G-d. So, AlfonZo likes to think of a 20 LB. SLEDGE as the hammer he used to smash down the wall that separated him from G-d. 20 LB. SLEDGE is now re-invented with Eli Chatman, an artist from SLAUGHTER HOUSE MINISTRIES as the Frontman, Kem Wade from BLACK LOTUS on bass, Shawn Taylor on guitar, and AlfonZo Rachel who played drums for the GARY GRAHAM BAND, and filled in for THE ARMY YOU HAVE.

Michael talks about his early years and how he became a solo artist

Michael was raised in Copenhagen, Denmark and moved to the USA when he was 21.
Although he thinks he still speaks Danish, when he goes back to Denmark they ask where he’s from because he “sounds funny” speaking Danish now.

Michael’s grandfather, Michael Lington, was also an accomplished musician and he was Michael’s inspiration. Michael originally started playing the cleronet when he was 7 years old and began at 14 playing classical. Later, I wanted something a little more contemporary more sexual; something more pop-y jazz

Otto Lington

Michael Lington’s solo career started when he toured artist Bobbi Caldwell. During that time he was exposed to many amazing people in the 90′s and obtained his first recording contract from touring with them.
